Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Instructions

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey or agave nectar, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients over the oat mixture and mix until everything is fully combined.
3. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and spread the oat mixture evenly in the pan. Use your hands or the back of a spoon to press the mixture down until it’s firmly packed.
4. Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour.
