Ingredients

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
