Ingredients

1 cup roasted almonds

2 cups of milk chocolate chips

1 teaspoon of coconut oil

1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Spread the roasted almonds on a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the almonds are lightly golden brown. Let cool before proceeding to the next step.

2. Place the chocolate chips, coconut oil, and sea salt in a medium-sized saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat.

3. Place the cooled almonds in a medium-sized bowl. Pour the melted chocolate over the almonds and stir to combine. Using a spoon, scoop out portions of the almond-chocolate mixture and shape into clusters. Place the clusters on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
