Ingredients
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) of maraschino cherries with stems, drained
- 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
Instructions
1. In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring after each increment, until the chips are completely melted and smooth.
2. Dip each cherry in the melted chocolate, making sure to cover the entire cherry. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3. Place two mini chocolate chips on the top of each cherry for eyes, and two almond slices on each side for ears. Allow the chocolate to set.
4. Once the chocolate has set, transfer the mice to an airtight container and store at room temperature for up to 3 days.
