Ingredients

  • 2 cups of oats
  • ¾ cup of melted butter
  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • ¼ cup of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips

Equipment

  • Parchment paper

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350F/175C.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, melted butter, brown sugar, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well combined.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the oat mixture evenly on the parchment paper.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the oat mixture and press down lightly with a spatula.

Notes
