Ingredients

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, muesli, nuts, honey, peanut butter, and dark chocolate chips. Mix until fully combined.

3. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan, pressing it down with the back of a spoon to pack it tightly.

4. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

5. Remove the pan from the oven and let cool. Cut into bars.

6. To make the chocolate coating, place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

7. Dip the bars in the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.

Notes
