Ingredients

- 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2-4 tablespoons warm water
Instructions
To make the dough:
- In a small bowl, combine the yeast, warm water, and 1 teaspoon of the sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes or until the mixture is foamy.
- In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and remaining sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and mix until combined.
- Add the yeast mixture, flour, salt, and cocoa powder to the bowl. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a damp towel. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
To make the filling:

- Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
To make the glaze:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, confectioners’ sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of warm water. Add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the glaze is thick but pourable.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls and serve.
