4. Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.

5. Take one tablespoon of the cookie dough and press it into the bottom of an ungreased mini muffin tin.

6. Place one teaspoon of the marshmallow fluff in the center of the cookie dough.

7. Take another tablespoon of the cookie dough and press it into the top of the marshmallow fluff to form a cookie pocket.

8. Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.

9. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Make sure to use a mini muffin tin for this recipe. If you do not have one, you can use a regular muffin tin but the cooking time will need to be adjusted.
