Ingredients

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
2. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth. Slowly stir in the hot coffee. Pour batter into prepared pans.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow cakes to cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pans to cool completely.
