Ingredients

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Beat in the vanilla extract.
4. Gradually add the flour mixture, beating until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips, almonds, and instant coffee powder.
5. Drop the dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches of space between the cookies.
6. Bake until the cookies are golden brown, about 10 minutes. Cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
