Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cocoa powder, melted butter, honey, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

2. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, scoop the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.

3. Once the balls are frozen, remove from the freezer and roll each ball into the chopped nuts or shredded coconut. Place the balls back on the baking sheet and freeze for another 30 minutes.

4. Place the fat bombs in an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to two months.
