Instructions
To make the cupcakes, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners and set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking until fully incorporated.
