Ingredients


- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup white sugar

- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 2 eggs

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions


1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.

3. In a separate bowl, cream together the white and brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.

4. Add the Greek yogurt and melted butter, and mix until incorporated.

5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and mix until just combined.

6. Fold in the chocolate chips.

7. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin tin liners, filling each one about 3/4 full.

8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin and transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
