Ingredients

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

3. In a large bowl, beat together the melted butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the vanilla extract.
