Ingredients
For the shells:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the topping:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners. Set aside.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the butter and chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring halfway through. Stir until the chocolate and butter are completely melted and combined. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, stirring until just combined. Drop by tablespoonfuls into the muffin tin and spread evenly. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Cool completely.
3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the heavy cream and chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring halfway through. Stir until the chocolate and cream are completely melted and combined. Add the sugar and stir until combined. Fill the cooled chocolate shells with the chocolate mousse mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. To make the topping, beat the heavy cream in a medium-sized bowl until it forms stiff peaks. Top the chilled chocolate mousse-filled shells with the whipped cream and melted chocolate. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and serve immediately.
