Instructions

3. Place the sugar and butter into the bowl and mix for 10 seconds on speed 4. Scrape down the sides with a spatula.

4. Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix for 5 seconds on speed 4. Add the vanilla extract and mix for another 5 seconds on speed 4.

5. Add the dry ingredients and mix for 10 seconds on speed 4. Scrape down the sides with a spatula.

6. Add the chocolate chips and mix for 10 seconds on speed 2, using the spatula to scrape down the sides.

7. Divide the batter evenly among the 12 muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

8. Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
