Ingredients

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease two donut pans with butter or cooking spray.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla extract.

3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Do not overmix.
